Program description: 1 To 1 provides live, online Math tutoring with a 1 to 1 tutor to student ratio. Students can access our program from home via computer and internet. All learning materials are provided free of charge. All tutors have a college degree and will provide your child with exceptional supplemental educational services.

Program description: Abacus In-Home Tutoring, Inc. delivers the individualized instruction students need to meet their academic goals in reading and mathematics. Abacus specializes in working with all students in Kindergarten through twelfth grade, including students with disabilities and English language learners. Parents are informed of their student's progress toward goals on a regular basis while monthly written progress reports are provided to parents. Students who complete the Abacus program show an average of a years worth of growth!

Description of tutor qualifications: Abacus instructors are either state certified teachers or degreed professionals (with a minimum of 60 hours of college credit) and relevant tutoring or teaching experience. Program description: Achieve Highpoints, an approved Supplemental Educational Services provider in over 15 states is a state curriculum-driven, web-based math tutoring platform for students in grades 3-12 that helps students master mathematics skills from home at their own pace. As an online provider, we are able to cater to students without the usual time and transportation barriers. Students who use our platform via the laptop we provide for the duration of the program achieve an average 15 point increase in their pre and post-test results; 83% of users of just 10+ hours reported that their math grades went up in school. Numerous students have gone from F's and D's to B's with Achieve Highpoints.

Description of tutor qualifications: Nearly 90% of the tutoring in our program occurs via our math education platform (computer program). We do provide virtual online tutors who are available as needed for our students to gain a deeper understanding of math concepts. Our Virtual Tutors have a minimum of a bachelor's degree in mathematics, engineering, science or other math-intensive fields.

Choice small group sessions with a low tutor to student (1:4) ratio to maximize each student?s academic achievement. Club Z! In-Home Tutoring Services? tutors work with your child to help him/her succeed where it matters most, in the classroom by using educational curriculum specific to your child?s needs and aligned with Indiana Content Standards. Description of tutor qualifications: Club Z! hires only highly qualified, skilled supervisory and instructional staff including certified teachers and degreed professionals, and individuals with a minimum of 60 hours of college credit with preference shown to applicants with teaching certifications, experience teaching reading and/or mathematics, and/or individuals with advanced degrees, as well as specific experience working with Title I students. Tutors are only hired after their resume, degree and/or certification, and references have been checked and after each applicant has successfully completed a thorough criminal background check.

Program description: Educational Recovery Clinic provides in-person English/Language Arts and Math tutoring to students in grades 3-8. To accommodate the schedules of working parents, we tutor before school, after school, on the weekends and during summer months. Students attend our program for 1-2 hours, 1-4 times a week for a total of 30 tutoring hours in groups no larger than 5 students per tutor. Our program has proven effective at raising our students' academic achievement with the average student improving their test scores by 30% in English/Language Arts and 43% in Math.

When students attend the Sylvan Learning Center, they will receive a well-balanced, research-based, personalized program.
